Overview

Bridging Digital and Physical Experiences

This project marked my first opportunity to apply my skills to a real-world business context, considering viability and stakeholder needs. It allowed me to explore the interplay between online and offline experiences, emphasizing the importance of creating a cohesive customer journey. I developed a strong personal value of incorporating a ‘human touch’ within digital solutions, a skill I consistently apply to ensure user-centered, meaningful designs that connect with audiences across all platforms.

Strategic Problem Framing

I have honed the ability to craft HMW statements effectively to guide focused ideation and foster solutions. Additionally, I have developed expertise in writing problem statements that serve as clear benchmarks for measuring the success and impact of proposed solutions.

End-to-End Design Process Execution

I gained expertise in prototyping and wireframing, translating How Might We (HMW) statements and ideations into refined "Design A" and "Design B" options, and delivering a final, user-centered design. This streamlined process connects problem-solving with actionable design solutions.

Strategic Competitive Differentiation

I learned that effective analysis isn't about replicating successful cases or avoiding weak cases. It is about identifying opportunities to stand out. This experience emphasized the value of “being yourself” in the competitive landscape, developing a unique selling proposition (USP).

Collaborative Design Iteration

Designs A and B were designed based on different insights extracted from our research. By evaluating the impact of each design element against the problem statement, we identified the most effective aspects of both concepts. This approach allowed us to stay organized in transferring research insights into design elements, ensuring their clear impact could be measured effectively.
